Who We Are

A UEFA A Licence coach and experienced education specialist with over 25 years of experience across coaching, management and teaching. Work has spanned every stage of the game — from foundation and youth development to senior and semi-professional environments — alongside senior roles in education. Across both settings, the focus remains consistent: long-term development, clarity of purpose and sustainable progress.

Performance & Development Experience

  • Extensive experience leading individual, team and organisational development across both football and education.

    Work spans player development, team performance and whole-organisation improvement, alongside senior roles in primary education and school governance.

    Experience includes:

    • Designing individual and team development frameworks
      • Creating structured, long-term improvement plans
      • Delivering coach education and professional development sessions
      • Mentoring staff and supporting leadership growth
      • Implementing and reviewing effective development methodologies

    Roles have included Academy Lead Development Coach, Head of Player Development, First Team Coach and First Team Assistant Manager, alongside senior leadership responsibilities in education as Subject Leader, Senior Teacher and School Governor.

    Across both environments, the focus remains consistent: clarity of purpose, structured progression and development that is sustainable over time.

Education Background, Skills & Values

Alongside coaching, over 25 years of experience in education underpin the work. Practice is informed by research, reflective enquiry and a Master of Education (MEd), alongside the Professional Qualification for Headship (PQH), with a clear focus on how individuals learn, develop and sustain improvement over time.

Central to the approach is the belief that growth is built through clarity, structure and challenge. Whether working with players, coaches or professionals, emphasis is placed on developing understanding, confidence and responsibility — supporting individuals to think independently and progress with purpose.
