BACKGROUND And EXPERIENCE
A highly experienced UEFA A Licence coach and education specialist with over 20 years expertise in both coaching and teaching.
A skilled and adaptable coach and communicator with extensive experience of working with players across all levels—from young foundation-stage players taking their first steps in football to senior and semi-professional players. Capable of creating and delivering personalised individual focused sessions or working with larger groups of players and staff.
RANGE OF EXPERIENCES INCLUDE:
– managing, coaching, developing and leading individual players, teams and staff to success
– creating and designing player specific, team focused and whole club / organisational developments plans
– working in a number of key roles such as: Academy Lead Development Coach, Head of Player Development, First Team Coach, Current Assistant Manager
– delivering coach education and development presentations for coaches and staff
– implementing, establishing and reviewing successful coaching methodologies
– creating player, coach and club cultures that drive towards improvement
– experience of conducting and presenting analysis feedback sessions to both individual players, teams and groups to identify and target key areas for improvement
– designing and restructuring club structures to enhance player development pathways and improve overall player development experience
